All-Inclusive Tiered Pricing
I offer a unique three tiered pricing model for you to choose the pricing that aligns with your current personal circumstances. When choosing your pricing Tier, you will need to consider your access to resources, the value of the session, my expertise and training, and what you might typically pay per hour for similar sessions, such as counselling, psychotherapy or a session with another Breathwork Facilitator with a different skillset to mine. This model relies on your honesty and integrity and those who choose a higher tier option will be supporting me to work with others who may need access to Breathwork at a lower cost.
For 1:1 and Relationship sessions, pricing is inclusive of pre-session support, a personalised onboarding process, collaborative consultation, session design, space preparation, mindfulness guidance, Q & A, and a custom playlist, including an option to incorporate your favourite songs. You'll also receive breathwork education, somatic practices, connective activities, and a 45 -90 minute breathwork journey, with the exception of the Discover Breathwork session. I offer support on a private platform, integration assistance, aftercare emails, personalized breathwork practice, and booking and administration.
Please check to confirm which Tier fits with your personal circumstances before you book your session or workshop place.
Breathwork Safety
An assessment of a Facilitator's prior professional experience will help you to choose a competent and experienced professional capable of providing a secure and trauma informed experience. Many Breathwork Facilitators do not have a prior background in working with trauma and often come from unrelated industries with minimal or no relevant professional experience. Ensure that you choose a Breathwork Facilitator with the same degree of care as you would when choosing a Counsellor or Psychologist, comparing the practice hours and training as a reference point.
In addition, it is essential that the Facilitator possess formal breathwork training and certification from a reputable provider. Inquire about their client screening process, knowledge of contraindications and adherence to ethical standards, including professional supervision, confidentiality and privacy. Trust your instincts, seek testimonials to gauge their professionalism and ask about their scope of practice and referral process.
Breathwork (or breath holds that can cause light-headedness) must never be practiced when driving or operating machinery. Breathwork and breath holds must never be practiced in extreme hot or cold temperatures or in water (including bath tubs, showers, spas, pools, ocean, saunas, ice baths and any other body of water not mentioned here) or in any other place or environment where it might be dangerous to faint. Breathwork and breath holds must never be practiced when working with sharp objects or partaking in any other potentially hazardous activity including immediately following a breathwork session. It may take some time to ground and integrate so please plan accordingly.
